Exciting New Rental Options

Introducing the newest additions to the Portland Eco House family: the Patio Suite, Patio Cottage, Patio Villa and the Main House.

When it all began

Summer 2017 is when I took the leap and opened the Portland Eco House to visitors to this fair city, welcoming them to shared-home overnight accommodations in two upstairs bedrooms. Soon after, I added the Patio Suite, a separate studio apartment that sleeps one to two guests in total privacy at the back of the house. This I named as such because its exterior entrance from its covered porch is reached from the spacious secluded side patio to which its guests are given full access to enjoy.

Shifting gears

When the pandemic hit, I was forced to put a pause on the shared-home accommodations inside the house. But that didn’t stop me from continuing to host guests in the Patio Suite or from converting the house’s original detached garage at the far end of the side patio into the coziest-ever Patio Cottage, which guests have been raving about.

Since then as well, guests who’ve been traveling to Portland with one to three others have been booking both the Patio Suite and the Patio Cottage combined as the Patio Villa, by which they’ve been able to kick back in exclusive use of that patio.

The main house

The latest addition to the Portland Eco House family may turn out to be your favorite: If you prize memories of pre-pandemic stays in either the Quiet Place room or Serene Space room upstairs and have been wondering if you could return for a stay in the house again, you’re in luck! That’s because the Main House has just now been opened for you to book and enjoy all to yourself and up to four of your travel companions.

As you plan your trip to Portland to partake in some of the eco-conscious fun lined up here for this spring and summer, take a gander at all these New Accommodations, and book one today!

If you left a review on Booking.com but not on Portland Eco House, leave one on Portland Eco House. If you’re not sure how to do that, drop me a note at  relax@portlandecohouse.com, and I’ll send you the link to where you can do that.

*Please note these qualifications for this special deal: All 14 nights must be booked directly with me or via the Portland Eco House website, instead of any third party platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com. The night credited as complementary after your 14th night must be part of a minimum four-night booking and will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Please also note that I cannot guarantee that any particular dates will be available when you search for dates to book.

I had a wonderful stay at this suite! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The place was immaculate and felt very private, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Its location next to some fantastic restaurants was a huge plus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!
